I am independent and have no affiliations with any particular manufacturer, no shakes or bars to sell, no fixed diet plan, no hidden agenda. You are unique, and that's why it's all about you.

You are what you eat, that's what they say. Together we will find a way of making what you eat work for you. Some clients want to count calories, others want to go 5:2, others still are looking to avoid counting anything. We will work on making healthier choices, on strategies to even out your blood sugar, on ways of keeping cravings at bay and on ideas for incorporating more of the good stuff into your life.


Exercise – or indeed any form of physical activity – will improve your health and self-esteem as well as help you lose weight. Less stress, more energy, better sleep – it really is one of the best investments you can make in your wellbeing. Together we will find ways of getting you moving more – something that you will enjoy and commit to.

Behavioural change is the biggie – breaking old habits, making new ones and getting them to stick; prioritising; planning and looking at things in new ways. I am here to guide you through the process, to help you draw on successes from your past and to identify those small and not-so-small changes that will make a real difference. Changes that will underpin lasting weight loss.
